    It's true, we were unable to do a few open houses. The reason was that Mr. King's father lived in the house and, after scheduling some open houses, the father asked us to cancel as he had made other plans. Our volume of showings was equal to or better than other similar properties. The reason Mr. King complains is because we did have his property in escrow. Unfortunately the Buyer chose to cancel. Mr. King was angry with the cancellation. We understand his frustration, we were equally frustrated. We're sorry he has chosen to hold us responsible for the actions of the Buyer.
